VytlOne is currently recruiting for a Pharmacist at our TMH Retail Pharmacy location in Tallahassee, FL. This is a unique opportunity to practice outpatient pharmacy in a model that integrates the pharmacy into the patient care transition model.

Reviews prescriptions issued by Physician, or other authorized prescriber to assure accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients needed.
Compounds medications, using standard formulas and processes such as weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, if applicable.
Answers questions and provides information to pharmacy customers on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
Maintains established procedures concerning quality assurance, security of controlled substances, and disposal of hazardous waste drugs.
Enters data such as patient name, prescribed medication, and cost, to maintain pharmacy files, charge system, and inventory.
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience.
Current licenses in good standing to practice pharmacy in the state of Florida.
Ability to supervise pharmacy staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care.
A passion for outstanding customer service, professionalism, and teamwork.
Computer experience mandatory. Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently.
