You will play a key role in coordinating design activities, ensuring effective communication between internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage design information across multiple projects Act as a central point of contact between architects, engineers, and project teams Monitor design progress against project timelines Ensure all design documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant Organise and attend design meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions Identify and resolve design-related issues proactively Support the project team in delivering projects on time and within budgetAbout You:
Previous experience in a Design Coordinator or similar role Background in construction, architecture, or engineering is highly desirable Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on Offer:
