We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our exceptional Agile engineering team and work on enterprise-grade software systems using cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, PySpark, and SQL, as well as experience with data science concepts, including R, Machine Learning, and AI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing a modern data platform using Databricks, Python, Spark, R, and SQL.
• Providing input on best practices and development standards, and mentoring other team members.
• Working closely with architects to create automated tests and instill a culture of continuous improvement.
• Defining data platform stacks and contributing to the company culture.

Additional requirements include:

• Strong database experience with SQL and No-SQL databases (Aurora, MS SQL Server, MySQL).
• Significant experience with C#, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• A clear understanding of SOLID principles and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms.
