Site Engineer

General Description:

We are seeking a Site Engineer to efficiently manage and execute projects, ensuring all activities align with contract requirements and project guidelines. This role involves accurate daily reporting and documenting of project activities in the Resource Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate operational works from project handover to closure, including mobilization, procurement, installation, commissioning, monitoring, and demobilization.

Ensure execution of tasks per project specifications, reporting variances to the Line Manager.

Generate and submit key reports: Picking Lists, Delivery Notes, Installation/Start/Damage/Stop Reports, Site Progress, As Built Drawings, and more.

Monitor site resources to optimize usage and minimize overtime/costs.

Participate in client meetings regarding project progress and performance.

Maintain efficient resource allocation and utilization, and ensure QHSE compliance.

Maintain safety standards and identify/report hazardous situations.

Monitor and ensure quality of work, notifying Line Manager of any defects or errors.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve project risks and support team development.

Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge of Groundwater control.

2+ years' experience in supervising construction projects.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft applications.
