A320 First Officer – Position Requirements

Category A:
• Valid ATPL or Frozen ATPL with valid type-rating on A320
• Valid First Class Medical Certificate with no operational limitations
• Minimum 1,500 total flight hours
• Minimum 500 hours on A320 in last 18 months
• Valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate (no limitations; OML not accepted, VML acceptable)
• English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
• No alcohol or substance misuse history recorded by CAA
• No accident/incident involvement where pilot was found at fault
• Age limit: up to 55 years
Category B:
• Candidates with less than 1500 hours who still meet the basic criteria as an exception, will be considered individually
• Can be offered a 1-year contract
• Each candidate assessed on a case-by-case basis
• Salary and benefits according to experience within the range

Roster Options

Commuting roster:
• 22 days ON/8 days OFF
• 6 weeks ON/2 weeks OFF
• 9 weeks ON/3 weeks OFF
Non-commuting roster
• 5 days ON/2 days OFF

Commuting pilots: Round-trip economy-class tickets per rotation (Home ↔ Base)

- 30 calendar days for residential expat contracts
