Residential Surveyor

An experienced Residential Surveyor is sought by a respected national firm to join their London team. This role offers career progression opportunities, a supportive working environment, and a fantastic benefits package.

• Conduct residential secured lending valuations, homebuyer reports, and building surveys for clients, lenders, and private clients.
• Deliver best-in-class service to some of the world's most established banks and building societies.
• Survey and value a wide range of residential properties throughout London and the South East using iPad technology.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, lenders, and private clients.
• Contribute ideas for improving efficiency and workflow.
• Mentor junior surveyors and support professional development.
• Enjoy a Monday-to-Friday work schedule with no weekend work required.

• Hold AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualification (or be eligible via MBEng, MCIAT, MCIOB, MICWI routes).
• Have strong experience in residential valuations, homebuyer reports, and building surveys.
• Be able to work independently and manage own workload.
• Demonstrate a confident and professional approach to client engagement.

• Competitive salary up to £60,000 plus £4,500 car allowance.
• Ancillary bonus - earn 20% commission on anything above three times salary on a monthly basis.
