Role: Model Maker – Wind Tunnel Development
We are seeking a skilled Model Maker to contribute to the evolution of high-performance motorsport technology in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with experts in design, engineering, and aerodynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend wind tunnel tests and implement model modifications under the guidance of the aerodynamic team.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience within high-performance motorsport.
- Expertise in model making, mechanical assemblies, and fine-tolerance engineering.
- Proficiency in using digital measurement and scanning systems such as Leica or Creaform, including associated software.
- A strong understanding of pressure tap checking and management.
- The ability to interpret and manipulate CAD assemblies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process and model improvements.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to teamwork.
- A sound knowledge of health and safety practices in an engineering environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
