The Opportunity

It's an exciting time for the business with strong recent growth and further growth projected. Tritech aims to significantly scale internationally over the next 5 years.

The Engineering Director is a critical Board Level appointment, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The Engineering Director will lead technology strategy development and implement new product development.

Remit and Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 15 Engineers to fulfill the company's strategy of new product design and enhancement of existing products.
• Contribute to organisational growth through high technology product offering.

The role will be based in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ulverston, South Lakes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating as a member of the senior management team responsible for overall results and product/engineering strategy.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the company's Engineering disciplines across all departments.
• Development of all Tritech Engineering Methods and Practices for all disciplines.
• Oversight of progress and timeliness of product development projects.
• Management of the Engineering Steering group of managers.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance of company products.
