Cure Talent is excited to partner with a pioneering MedTech start-up that has revolutionized wearable medical device development and innovation.

In response to rapid growth, we are seeking a highly skilled NPI Engineer / Post-Design Development Engineer to support product development through NPI activities. This role involves collaborating closely with engineering partners and contract manufacturers in post-design development activities into production, including managing technical documentation and maintaining our engineering data.

• Support Engineers and Contract Engineers in mechanical engineering projects.
• Create and manage comprehensive product and production technical documentation.
• Maintain the company's engineering data within an ISO 13485 QMS.
• Oversee engineering drawings (BS 8888) and technical documentation and reports relating to technical files for medical devices.
• Work collaboratively with contracted design agencies and contract manufacturing partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in an NPI-focused role within Medical Devices.
• Working knowledge and experience of SolidWorks or similar CAD Package.
• Proven Design Change Control Processes in Medical Devices.
• Experience of working with a start-up and/or new product launches is highly advantageous.
