We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Engineer to lead cutting-edge innovations in the biotech and medical device sector.

A global leader in bioprocessing and regenerative medicine requires a skilled engineer to drive new product development and product extensions.

• Lead the design and development of high-value, low-volume medical devices.
• Define system architecture and technical roadmaps for new products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Project Managers, and global teams.
• Design electro-mechanical components, injection-molded plastics, and sensor-integrated systems.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA).
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and drive innovation through patent submissions.

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical/electro-mechanical product development.
• Strong background in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, and new product introduction.
• Expertise in SolidWorks, CAD, prototyping, and precision manufacturing.
• Experience working with bioreactors, cell culture, or medical devices is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and risk analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in multi-disciplinary teams.
