Travel Nurse RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry traveler in Marion, Illinois.

This 13-week travel assignment offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.

• Assess and prioritize patients' needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and provide education on health and wellness
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures, and performing necessary equipment maintenance
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Current RN license in the state of Illinois
• 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry setting
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
