- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a Bodyshop management role, with a track record of success.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A thorough understanding of Bodyshop processes, including estimating and insurance company procedures.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
- A relevant qualification in automotive body repair or equivalent is highly desirable.
