Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Duties:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments based on individual needs and physician orders, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Develop and regularly update written care plans that prioritize client goals and outcomes.
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care within established scope of practice guidelines, prioritizing safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care and services provided, adhering to federal, state, and agency regulations.
  • Facilitate collaborative case conferences with multidisciplinary teams to discuss patient progress, future care plans, and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Respect and promote patient, family, and caregiver cultural practices and preferences while maintaining effective communication and education.
Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Hold a current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts (MA).
  • Possess up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
  • Provide an updated resume highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
  • Have a valid state driver's license and reliable automobile for travel.
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility if necessary.
  • Be fluent in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Have one year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two years.
  • Submit current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing results.
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
