Head of Artificial Intelligence

**About the Role**

This is a hybrid working opportunity for experienced professionals based in the UK. You will need to travel to our London office on a weekly basis.

We have partnered with a leading financial services scale-up to find an exceptional AI Lead to develop and implement an AI strategy across the business, growing a team of Machine Learning Engineers in the process.

Job Responsibilities

• Design advanced architectures that integrate AI and ML for predictive analytics, real-time data-driven decision-making, and action execution.
• Build cross-functional teams to incorporate AI seamlessly across our platform and services.
• Create scalable AI solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
• Integrate AI models into production environments, ensuring seamless interaction with existing systems and workflows.

Key Requirements

• Strong skills in artificial intelligence, particularly in generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience leading and growing teams.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and up-to-date knowledge of its landscape.
• Interest in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Knowledge Graphs.
• Experience in Financial Services, Trading, or Crypto is highly advantageous.
