Job Title: Quality Travel Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Travel Specialist to join our team at QUEEN OF CLUBS LIFESTYLE LUXURY SERVICES Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality of travel services, ensuring complete client satisfaction, and collaborating with the Senior Team to address any client complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Ground Operations: Oversee hotels, villas, events, tickets, experiences, and local suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients and suppliers to guarantee complete satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Work closely with the Senior Team to efficiently address client complaints and resolve issues.
  • Technology Proficiency: Become proficient in our CRM system to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Client Feedback: Monitor and communicate client feedback to continuously improve services.

Role Description:

  • Itinerary Understanding: Thoroughly comprehend each itinerary's flow to avoid overlooking essential details and ensure client well-being throughout their travels.
  • Duty Messages: Prepare personalized messages to assist the duty manager, facilitating smooth daily operations.
  • Service Confirmation: Ensure all services are booked, service orders are created and dispatched, and any outstanding services are addressed.
  • Supplier Information: Guarantee that all suppliers receive necessary information.
  • Last-Minute Bookings: Coordinate last-minute bookings with the team leader to ensure timely execution.
  • On-Site Assistance: Provide on-site assistance and services to clients while identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.

Qualifications:

  • Language Fluency: Fluent in English.
  • Passion for Luxury Travel: Passionate about luxury travel and lifestyle.
  • Destination Knowledge: Familiarity with the destination is required.
  • Commitment and Motivation: Demonstrates total commitment and genuine motivation.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Financial Acumen: Good understanding of pricing, costing, and quick math skills.
  • Travel Industry Experience: Prior experience in the travel industry and a university background in travel or hospitality are required. Relevant experience includes roles in tour operations, travel agencies, incentive or wedding planning, hotel reservations, concierge services, family offices, or other sales positions in luxury hotels and the travel industry.
