A Registered Nurse Opportunity in Home Care

We seek a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our clients in their homes. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and promoting patient independence.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care within the scope of your practice and document services accordingly.
• Lead case conferences to discuss patient progress and future care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Support patient education tailored to their cultural, ethnic, and personal needs or preferences.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts (MA).
• Up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
• One year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two years.

• $45 per visit.
