A challenging contract opportunity has arisen for a skilled RN Practice Educator to join our team on a 13-week assignment.

• Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
• Provide training on evidence-based best practices and patient care standards to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Assess staff competency and identify areas for improvement, providing targeted support and guidance to enhance professional development.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies that promote excellence in patient care and safety.
• Maintain compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and policies, ensuring adherence to established standards.

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in nursing education or staff training, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• BLS certification is mandatory; CNE certification is also required.
• Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Employment Type: Contract.
• Location: Camden, ME.
• Duration: 13 weeks.
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
• Shifts per Week: 5 (8-hour shifts).
• Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Overtime Rate: Applies after 40 hours.

• Taxable Pay: $65 Hourly.
