• Conduct thorough patient assessments based on individual needs and physician orders.
• Develop and update comprehensive care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide skilled nursing care within the scope of practice, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and services in compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations.
• Facilitate case conferences to coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts and discuss patient progress.
• Support patient and family cultural practices while ensuring they do not compromise medical treatment.
• Promote patient education tailored to individual needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts (MA).
• Up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
• Updated resume outlining relevant experience and qualifications.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility if necessary.
• Fluent in English for effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
• One year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two years.
• Current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing results.
• At least 18 years of age.
