Schools - RN Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN to provide care for two elementary students. The nurse is expected to work independently in the school setting ensuring the safety and well-being of these students as there may not always be a Licensed School Nurse on-site. Requirements:
• Valid LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Experience in providing care for students with tracheostomy and ventilator needs
• Proficiency in recognizing and intervening in seizures
• Ability to work independently in a school setting ensuring the safety and well-being of medically complex students Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 medical care and support to two medically complex students during their school hours
• Administer and monitor tracheostomy and ventilator care as required
• Recognize and respond to seizures promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with medical professionals parents and school staff to ensure the students health and safety during school hours
• Maintain accurate records of student medical conditions treatments and responses
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and educational progress of the students
