Travel RN Position in St. Albans, Vermont

Facility Type: skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and rehabilitation centers

Job Type: Travel Contract

Shift: Nights

Weekly Pay Rate: $2450

Taxable Pay: $1204

Non-Taxable Pay: $1246

RN Responsibilities:

As a travel RN, you'll deliver exceptional patient care while promoting positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

You will lead the nursing team by delegating tasks to LPNs and CNAs, performing comprehensive assessments, and guiding care planning.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create impactful care plans that meet individual patient needs.

Educational Requirements:

BLS certification through American Heart Association

RN license in good standing

Verification of a tuberculin skin test (TST) as required by state law or company policy

Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing

Compliance Requirements:

Report concerns or suspected non-compliance promptly to the supervisor or Compliance Officer

Cooperate with monitoring and audit functions

Participate in quality assurance and process improvement activities
