Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse with Loyal Home Care Services, you will provide exceptional care that our clients rely on to stay safe at home.

Duties include:

• Performing initial and ongoing patient assessments based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Developing and updating a written plan of care, ensuring it is re-evaluated as necessary.
• Providing skilled nursing care within the nursing scope of practice.
• Documenting care and services in compliance with federal, state, and Agency regulations.
• Leading case conferences to discuss multidisciplinary team responsibilities, patient progress, and future care plans.
• Supporting patient/family cultural practices, provided they don't interfere with medical treatment.
• Promoting patient, family, and caregiver education tailored to cultural, ethnic, and personal needs or preferences.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Hold a current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts (MA).
• Have an up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
• Provide an updated resume outlining relevant experience and qualifications.
• Have a valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility if necessary.
• Be fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
• Have a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
• Have one year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two (2) years.
• Provide current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing results.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
