You'll be someone who works proactively, managing tasks while collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors and partners to deliver effective results.

Senior Developer Role

The Senior Developer plays a key role in designing, developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You'll work closely with other developers, UX/UI designers and stakeholders to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

• Act as a hands-on full-stack developer with strong front-end development skills and good UX understanding.
• Manage third-party developers or employees as required.
• Collaborate with Solution Development management to plan work, manage the pipeline and backlog, maintain best practices and coding standards, and ensure optimum productivity.
• Build, maintain and support both enterprise and client-facing applications.
• Work with Business Relationship Managers, Solution Designers and Business teams to turn concepts into practical solutions.
• Develop software using modern DevOps methodologies to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Scan and leverage cross-industry trends in new technologies such as AI, machine learning and data science to apply in the context of accountancy and professional services.
• Provide proactive maintenance on support issues to ensure excellent client service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical insights.

Key Requirements

As a Senior Developer, you'll have:

• A proven track record of delivering digital products to market using agile methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, React and Azure.
• Demonstrable creative flair, attention to detail, tenacity and good problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in full-stack development.
• A solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and secure coding.
• Familiarity with automated testing approaches and tools.
• The ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.
