Duties and Responsibilities- Loading Corrugated Sheets:
- Sequence designations by the operator must be followed.
- Maintenance and Setup Tasks:
- Tools such as screwdrivers, tape measures, pliers, and wrenches are used for machine setup assistance.
- Work Area Preparation:
- Corrugated sheets are staged for future processing while loaded on the machine.
- Defect Notification:
- Supervisors or operators are informed of defective raw materials, equipment, tools, or conditions hindering the assembly process.
- Clean-up and Sanitation:
- General clean-up tasks maintain a clean work area free of excess debris.
- Personal Work Area Maintenance:
- GMP and HACCP expectations are met in accordance with regulations.
- Physical Endurance:
- Standing for long periods is required.
- Lifting Capabilities:
- Lifting heavy objects periodically is necessary.
- Hand-Eye Coordination:
- Strong hand-eye coordination is essential.
- Assembly Tool Operation:
- The ability to operate various assembly tools is required.
- Reflexes and Mobility:
- Sufficient physical reflexes and personal mobility are necessary.
- Auditory and Speech Clarity:
- Good clarity of hearing and speech is required.
- Tape Measure Reading:
- The ability to read a tape measure is necessary.
- Basic Math:
- Ability to perform basic math operations is required.
- Academic Qualification:
- A high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required.
- Manufacturing Experience:
- Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not mandatory.
