Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in their homes. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each individual.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop effective care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care within the scope of practice, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
• Document patient care and services accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Lead case conferences to ensure seamless collaboration between multidisciplinary teams.
• Foster a supportive environment by promoting patient and family education, cultural sensitivity, and empathy.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts (MA).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable automobile.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and proof of eligibility if necessary.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
• One year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two years.

Compensation:

• $45 per visit
• $40 med administration
• $100 per admission
