Registered Nurse

We're seeking skilled Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional patient care in various locations throughout Worcester County, MA.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments based on needs and physician orders.
• Develop and update individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising as necessary.
• Provide high-quality nursing care within the scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and services, adhering to federal, state, and agency regulations.
• Lead case conferences to discuss team responsibilities, patient progress, and future care plans.
• Support patients' cultural practices, provided they don't conflict with medical treatment.
• Offer tailored education to patients, families, and caregivers, respecting their unique cultural, ethnic, and personal needs or preferences.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts (MA).
• Up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
• Updated resume highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
• Authorized to work in the U.S., with proof of eligibility if required.
• Fluent English proficiency for effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
• One year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two years.
• Current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing results.
• At least 18 years of age.

Compensation:

• $45 per visit
• $40 med administration
• $100 per admission
