Bilingual-Spanish Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Thom Child & Family Services.

The successful candidate will provide home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers who have or are at risk for developmental delays and their families.

• Conduct initial intakes, provide referrals, and coordinate interagency services as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments to determine the developmental needs of the child and the concerns and priorities of the family.
• Develop Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) with families and collaborate with them to identify strengths and resources.
• Provide coaching model services using a home visiting and group approach.
• Monitor developmental milestones and progress with parents/caregivers.
• Document all necessary information for client files.

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts.
• Bilingual/Bicultural skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
• Commitment to delivering individualized and culturally informed services.
