Registered Nurse

We are seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care to our clients in their homes.

Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse with Loyal Home Care Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care that enables them to stay safe at home.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Deliver skilled nursing care within the scope of practice, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for each patient.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote optimal outcomes.
• Support patients and families in adhering to cultural, ethnic, and personal preferences while prioritizing medical treatment.
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers tailored to their unique needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold a current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts (MA).
• Must possess current CPR/BLS certification.
• Must provide a resume outlining relevant experience and qualifications.
• Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility if necessary.
• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
• Must demonstrate a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Must possess at least one year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two years.
• Must provide current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing results.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation Package:

• $45 per visit.
• $40 for medication administration.
• $100 per admission.
