Registered Nurse

We're seeking Registered Nurses for various locations in Worcester County, MA, to provide exceptional care at home. As a registered Nurse with Loyal Home Care Services, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse in the state of MA and provide skilled nursing care that our clients rely on.

Duties:

• Conduct patient assessments based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Develop and update written care plans, ensuring they are re-evaluated as necessary.
• Provide skilled nursing care within the nursing scope of practice.
• Document care and services in compliance with regulations.
• Lead case conferences to discuss multidisciplinary team responsibilities, patient progress, and future care plans.
• SUPPORT PATIENTS' CULTURAL PRACTICES WHILE ENSURING MEDICAL TREATMENT IS NOT COMPROMISED.
• Promote patient, family, and caregiver education tailored to cultural, ethnic, and personal needs or preferences.

Qualifications:

• You must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• You must hold a current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts (MA).
• You must have an up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
• You must provide an updated resume outlining relevant experience and qualifications.
• You must have a valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
• You must be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility if necessary.
• You must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
• You must have a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
• You must have one year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two years.
• You must provide current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing results.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation:

• $45 per visit
• $40 med administration
• $100 per admission
