Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized plans of care.
• Provide skilled nursing care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and Agency regulations.
• Document care and services accurately and efficiently.
• Lead case conferences to discuss patient progress and future care plans.
• Promote patient education and support cultural practices while maintaining medical treatment standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current, active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
• Up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
• A valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to provide proof of eligibility if necessary.
• Fluent in English for effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.
• A strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality.
• At least one year of experience in acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facilities within the last two years.

Compensation Package:

• $45 per visit
• $40 per medication administration
• $100 per admission
