Job Title
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized plans of care.
- Provide skilled nursing care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and Agency regulations.
- Document care and services accurately and efficiently.
- Lead case conferences to discuss patient progress and future care plans.
- Promote patient education and support cultural practices while maintaining medical treatment standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current, active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
- Up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
- A valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to provide proof of eligibility if necessary.
- Fluent in English for effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.
- A strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality.
- At least one year of experience in acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facilities within the last two years.

Compensation Package:
- $45 per visit
- $40 per medication administration
- $100 per admission
