Operating Room Registered Nurse

Position Overview:

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves working in a Level I Trauma Surgery environment with exposure to a wide range of surgical cases.

Key Job Details:

• Location: Boston, MA
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (36 hrs/week)
• Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks for compliance)
• License Requirements: MA RN license required at submission
• Vaccination Requirements: COVID + booster and flu vaccine (medical exemption accepted)

Required Experience:

• Neuro, trauma, and transplant surgery experience.
• Scrub experience in general surgery, robotics, orthopedic trauma, spine, ENT (head & neck), GYN, urology, organ procurement, and trauma cases.

Scheduling Details:

• Orientation: Weekly, every Monday (except holidays)
• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per month, rotating call shifts
• Call Shifts: Short call shifts once or twice a week
• Floating: Potential floating to East or CVI OR units

Addtional Notes:

• No local travelers (must live 50+ miles from the facility)
• RTO: Must be presented at the time of submission.
• Interview Process: Nurse Manager interviews and extends offers.
