Registered Nurse

We're seeking Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care in various locations throughout Worcester County, MA. As a registered nurse with Loyal Home Care Services, you'll need to be a Massachusetts-licensed RN and deliver high-quality care that enables our clients to safely remain at home.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments based on individual needs and physician orders.
• Develop and update personalized care plans, ensuring timely revisions as necessary.
• Deliver skilled nursing care within the scope of nursing practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and services in accordance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead case conferences to discuss multidisciplinary team responsibilities, patient progress, and future care strategies.
• Support patients' cultural practices, provided they don't conflict with medical treatment.
• Promote patient, family, and caregiver education tailored to cultural, ethnic, and personal preferences.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
• Up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
• Updated resume outlining relevant experience and qualifications.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility if required.
• Fluent in English for effective communication with patients and the healthcare team.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
• One year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two years.
• Current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing results.
• Age 18 or older.
