Restoration Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Production Manager to lead our team in Upland, CA. This critical role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

• Review service calls and pre-scheduled appointments to ensure seamless project execution
• Lead and support a team of field supervisors, Foremen, and production staff to meet customer expectations
• Maintain the highest standards of quality work while overseeing equipment, vehicle, and warehouse upkeep

• IICRC certification/training
• Leadership experience in restoration or construction
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to ensure high-quality work and safety standards
