Job Title

A Field Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) is needed for a contract role in Lawrence, MA.

Sunbelt Staffing is recruiting an experienced Field Home Health RN to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough OASIS assessments at the start of care.
• Deliver comprehensive patient care including wound management, IV and medication administration, and tailored education.
• Travel locally to provide services in patients' homes.

Schedule and Requirements:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with 40 hours/week and occasional on-call or weekend duties.
• Active Massachusetts RN license and BLS certification are mandatory.
• Proficiency in OASIS and HomeCare HomeBase software is essential.
