Volt is hiring a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift in Pico Rivera, CA.

This position requires working on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) in a food manufacturing setting.

• Champion safety by implementing and enforcing best practices and procedures.
• Empower your team through training and mentorship on operational and safety protocols.
• Mastermind production schedules, manpower planning, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure top-notch quality by inspecting products and overseeing equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement by recommending innovative production methods and enhancements.
• Proactively plan department operations by reviewing production orders.
• Tackle operational challenges, address employee needs, and collaborate effectively across teams.

• 3+ years of demonstrated success in supervising manufacturing teams, ideally in a union setting.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing industry practices preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational prowess.
• Ability to analyze production reports and make data-driven decisions.
