Travel RN Contract

Contract | 13 weeks | Monday-Friday, with potential on-call

Deliver high-quality patient care in the comfort of their homes as a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN). This 13-week contract assignment offers the opportunity to work with Homecare Homebase software and utilize OASIS documentation to make a meaningful impact.

• Perform detailed patient assessments and document using OASIS standards
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patient needs
• Provide nursing care, including wound management and medication administration
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on self-care and disease management

• Active RN license in New Hampshire
• Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
• 2 years of Home Health experience preferred
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
• Locals and travelers both accepted
