You'll be someone who is comfortable working proactively, managing your own tasks, and confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with Senior Managers, Directors, and BDO's Partners.

You'll help deliver accurate and transparent reporting to all relevant stakeholders, providing long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

• CPA/ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent
• Excellent working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements
• Providing assurance services to clients undertaking debt and equity capital raising strategies
• Managing and developing staff (not only audit teams), coordinating staff projects, mentoring, counselling, appraising, recruiting, etc.
