Early Years Practitioner

Job Summary:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and conducting activities that cater to the children's development, collaborating closely with families, and adhering to regulations. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and flourish independently.

• Plan and conduct activities that promote children's development
• Collaborate with families through open communication to exchange information about children's progress and well-being
• Adhere to regulations and engage in ongoing professional development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality childcare service

• Level 3 qualification in correlation to government guidelines
• Experience working in early years education or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
