Registered Nurse

We are seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care to our clients in various locations throughout Franklin County, MA.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Provide high-quality skilled nursing care within the scope of professional practice.
• Document all care and services provided, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead case conferences to discuss multidisciplinary team responsibilities, patient progress, and future care plans.
• Support patient and family cultural practices that do not interfere with medical treatment.
• Promote patient, family, and caregiver education tailored to individual needs or preferences.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts (MA).
• Up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility if necessary.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
• One year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two years.
• Current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing results.
• At least 18 years of age.
