Registered Nurse Rehab Med Surg

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Rehab Med Surgical team in Windsor, VT.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in Med Surg and Rehab with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to patients with complex medical needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg units as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of recent Med Surg and Rehab experience.
• Ability to float between units and adapt to changing situations.
• Previous travel experience is highly desirable.
• Must have own vehicle due to the small community hospital location.
• Current RN license in VT or Compact State.
• BLS Certification.
• Reside within 50 miles of the facility.
