Registered Nurse

We are seeking Registered Nurses in various locations throughout Worcester County, MA, to provide exceptional care to our clients. As a registered nurse with Loyal Home Care Services, you will need to be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of MA and deliver high-quality care that our clients rely on to remain safe at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments based on individual needs and physician orders.
• Develop and update written plans of care, ensuring timely re-evaluation as necessary.
• Provide skilled nursing care within the scope of nursing practice.
• Document care and services in compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations.
• Lead case conferences to discuss multidisciplinary team responsibilities, patient progress, and future care plans.
• Support patient/family cultural practices, provided they do not interfere with medical treatment.
• Promote patient, family, and caregiver education tailored to cultural, ethnic, and personal needs or preferences.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold a current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts (MA).
• Must have an up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
• Must provide an updated resume outlining relevant experience and qualifications.
• Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility if necessary.
• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
• Must have a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
• Must have one year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two years.
• Must provide current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing results.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation:

• $45 per visit.
• $40 med administration.
• $100 per admission.
