We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Thrive Childcare and Education.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Early Years Practitioner to lead a team of nursery practitioners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for early years education, and a commitment to providing a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist with the daily operation of the nursery, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
- Lead a team of nursery practitioners, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Deliver high-quality care and education, meeting government guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be level 3 qualified or above, with a passion for early years education and a commitment to providing a nurturing environment. Experience as a Qualified Practitioner is essential.
