Job Title: General Manager in Training

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a General Manager in Training.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a Love's Travel Stop location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store, restaurant, and tire care operations to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth
• Lead and motivate teams to deliver world-class service and achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement plans to promote sales growth through merchandise execution
• Ensure teams are well-trained and equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including budgets and P&L statements
• Supervise and train employees to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management
• 2 or more years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million + in sales
• 2 or more years of experience effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
• 2 or more years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees
• A valid Driver's License
• Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
