• Evaluate and improve store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth through merchandise execution.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams to deliver world-class service and promote sales growth.
• Manage budgets and P&L statements to achieve business objectives.
• Supervise and train employees to ensure effective use of resources and maximize productivity.

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management experience.
• 2+ years experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $2 million.
• Proven ability to effect and decipher budgets and P&L statements.
• Valid Driver License.
• Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
