The Not-for-Profit sector is an important and growing part of our business with specialists working nationally to deliver exceptional service to our clients in Charities, Housing and Education. We generate fees in excess of £34m and this has grown by over 50% in the last 4 years and continues to grow.

• Manage a portfolio of clients across your chosen sub-sectors.
• Assist Partners on client work and Not-for-Profit team management.
• Contribute to the delivery of our national Not-for-Profit strategy including growth plans.

• Acting as a major point of contact within the firm.
• Managing financial portfolios.
• Completing assignments within agreed budgets and timescales.
• Staffing assignments with the appropriate mix of knowledge and skills.
• Ensuring adherence to risk management and quality control procedures.
• Identifying and recognising business and sales opportunities.
• Supporting Partners and Senior Managers in new business development.
• Recruiting, retaining, developing and motivating employees.
