Responsibilities:
- Support the management of the Corporate Finance team with other Assistant Directors, Directors, and Partners.
- Project manage larger Corporate Finance engagements, identifying and resolving project issues prior to Partner review.
- Develop existing and new service stream practices.
- Build strong relationships with clients, both internal and external to our firm, establishing trust and rapport.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of clients' businesses and industries.
- Exercise technical expertise.
- Take people management responsibilities, including performance management, knowledge sharing, and training recommendations.
- Act as a mentor to team members, providing coaching and guidance.
- Communicate complex messages clearly and promptly.
- Set a good example for team members.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities for Corporate Finance.
- Contribute to developing new business relationships, marketing, and business proposals.
- Demonstrate knowledge of our firm's products and cross-selling opportunities.
- Seek and act on feedback.
- Deliver honest and timely feedback.
For this role, we're looking for someone with:
- ACA/ACCA qualification or relevant work experience.
- Experience working within a corporate finance department.
- Previous management experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- A thorough knowledge of relevant legislation for those involved in Capital Markets transactions.
