General Manager in Training

• Hands-on management of multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and complete reporting.
• Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, and affect change to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
