Key Responsibilities:- Hands-on management of multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
- Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and complete reporting.
- Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, and affect change to capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
- 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
- 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
- 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
- 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
