Job Overview

As a Manager in Finance Transformation, you will lead client-facing projects to deliver operational benefits across Finance Departments. Your role involves managing full lifecycle Oracle Cloud system implementations and optimizing Shared Service Centres (SSC). You will utilize your CIMA qualification and deep understanding of core finance processes to drive transformation and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Finance Transformation: Proven experience leading finance transformation projects with a focus on delivering client value.
  • ERP Experience: Expertise in ERP implementations, including modules such as General Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Accounting Hub, Receivables, and Payables.
  • Process Optimisation: Strong skills in process improvement and optimisation, with a focus on finance operations.
  • Target Operating Model: Experience redesigning and implementing Target Operating Models.
  • Shared Service Centre Optimisation: Knowledge of Shared Service Centre optimisation and back-office outsourcing.
  • Financial Acumen: CIMA-qualified with hands-on experience in core finance processes.
