Operations Manager at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores.

• Lead a team to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular checks and maintenance.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and reporting.
• Collaborate with managers to acquire talent and manage employee deployment.

• At least 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
