Overview
As an Assistant Manager in Business Transformation focusing on Process Excellence, you will drive organisational efficiencies through innovative process improvement techniques. This client-facing role requires a strong background in Lean-Agile strategies, data analysis, and project management.
Requirements:

  • Lean Six Sigma: Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and their application in process improvement.
  • Process Modelling: Proficiency in business process modelling, including process taxonomy with linkage to business risks and controls.
  • Problem Exploration and Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyse complex data and interpret results to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Operational and Process Excellence: Experience in developing and implementing efficient operational procedures.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
