About This Role
You will run the store, restaurant, and tire care concepts in a Love's Travel Stop location. You will work in a fast-paced environment, overseeing multiple areas simultaneously. Your goal is to promote sales growth through merchandise execution, ensuring your teams are well-trained and delivering world-class service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, restaurant, and tire care concepts.
- Oversee sales growth through effective merchandise execution.
- Train and develop team members to deliver world-class customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Effectively manage budgets and P&L statements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail, travel stop, or c-store management experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million+
- Valid driver's license.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
